This baby will attend the same daycare as our DD. I love their set up and the teachers. Even though we pay out the butt for care, it is nice to know it is good quality care.
DH and I are both reducing to 4 day work weeks so daycare will only be needed 3 days per week. This was the best we could work out to not have the baby in daycare 40+ hours per week.
My FIL was planning on watching her...but just sprung on us a week ago that he was starting a job and wouldn't be watching her like it was planned. (He had an at home business before but it isn't do well). He even give us warning that he was looking for jobs, so we are pretty upset by this. Now I am on bedrest and it's kind of a challenge to seek out daycare when I am stuck on the couch. I don't work a set schedule as a a nurse, so I have to now find someone for 2x/week. I think an in home babysitter (not a daycare) is gonna work best for my schedule. I am looking into it now.
