i laugh in your general direction but I have to admit I love eating cottage cheese with a fork

don't know why, but no joke each time i do i actually say to myself, "i really enjoy eating cottage cheese with a fork"

I can eat Ricotta straight from the container. I especially love dipping lasagna noodles into it when I am making lasagna.

I like it with a fork if I added fruit and I don't like all the juicy, milky bits - just cheese curds and fruit!

I can count on my students pointing out any stray bits pretty quick...
