I had McDonalds.  Shame on me, but it was so good.  I only ate half the fries.  Carbs and Metformin together makes pmarie's ass leak.  Have to be careful about that.

    sorry about your leaky ass.  :(

     

    i had a corned beef and cabbage pasty which was all pastry dough and no good stuff.  and some noodles and cabbage. 

    so lots of cabbage for farting later tonight.  i'll make sure loe is the back spoon.
