aching back - what can i take?

i never take any kinds of meds when pregnant and dont have a list of what is ok. my back is just killing me - is there anything i can take?

Best thing to do is ask your OB, but Tylenol is the universal answer.

According to my list, the only pain reliever is tylenol. Hope you feel better soon.

I'd start with Tylenol. My MW said regular of extra strength was fine.

i have one of those pads that you warm up in the micro. it has done wonders for my back!!! or tylenol
