Prenatal yoga?

Anyone have suggestions on where to go?  I cannot seem to find any in my area and I am pretty open.  Macomb County preferred but open to Royal Oak area if the times were right for me.  Or anywhere along I-94 from Detroit to Macomb...

    There's a yoga studio at Hall and VanDyke (in a plaza on the westbound side) -- you might want to call them and ask.  There's also a prenatal yoga dvd at Target for $20 if you don't want to drive -- I'm thinking about getting that.

    Do you have comcast?  I think they did have pre-natal workouts on their on-demand fitness channel.

    I just looked on On-Demand, and didn't find anything prenatal at all.

    I just got off of the phone with a woman from St. John Hospital and Medical Center on Mac and Moross- they are planning on starting a prenatal yoga class there on Thursday nights from 6:15- 7:00 if anyone is interested, I'd give them call- she called me from 313-647-3000.  They are going to start it in early march.

    The class in Royal Oak is at Namaste Yoga...it's Saturday's at 4:30

    I can attest that Namaste is awesome. I haven't checked out their prenatal yoga class on Saturday just yet but plan to next weekend.
