What are you making? I want to stay home with DH and I am trying to plan a romantic evening considering we have a 21 month old. I am a pretty good cook so I would love to make something fun but something everyone would like.
My dd is 20 months and we don't give her seafood yet. But if you go with #1, the only part she can't eat is the scallop, you can sub another protein for her. With #2 you wouldn't put in the fresh lobster until the very end so you could set aside some risotto for her. With #3 you just wouldn't add shrimp to her plate. I love menu planning and all of these are fairly simple, except maybe making your own pasta if you haven't done it before.
Menu #1: seared scallops with buerre blanc, asparagus, leafy salad with lemon, heart of palm, and olive oil
Menu #2: lobster risotto, salad (above), good rolls
Menu #3: shrimp alfredo with homemade noodles, romaine salad with fresh parm regg.
Menu #4: Whole roast chicken with pioneer woman crash hot potatoes (or her mashed), romaine salad with fresh parm regg.
