Anyone get sun on their belly yet? Weird...

My linea negra came back. Surprise! Its faint but it came out right away when I tanned. And now I have this weird rash surrounding my navel. Blotchy isn't the word I'm looking for, because the areas of redness are like pinpoints, but you get the idea. What is this??

    Sun? ha, you're funny. I barely let my stomach see the light of day. It's not pretty.

    I'm guessing that, since the line is basically your body producing extra melanin, that it hasn't all fully dispersed and the sun brought the line back because of the concentrated amounts of skin pigment left there. I have no clue about the rash.
