Dog Acting Up

Did anyone else's dog act up while you were pregnant? 

 My dog (she just turned 9 yrs old) has always been so well behaved. We usually eat dinner in front of the TV. We can leave our dinner plates on the coffee tables, walk out of the room, and our dog won't even touch the plates. She's so good!!

Well, since I've been in my 3rd trimester, she has been acting up.  Eating gun and tic tacs that DH left on the coffee table while we're at work.  Yesterday she ate a 3 inch hole in our living room carpet. Argh! Now we have to buy new carpeting.

 Has anyone had any experiences like this? How did you handle it? Like I said, my dog is normally so sweet and well behaved so it's really hard to get mad at her for things like this.

    Our dog stopped liking my DH when I was pregnant. He wouldn't sleep in bed with us anymore until DH was out of bed for the morning, and he wouldn't sit with him on the couch or anything. ?Dogs sense when there is change, and usually change their behavior for attention. ?Just give her extra attention maybe and see if that works, if not you might just have to seclude her to a certain area of the house.
