Strangely this helps me so I am going to continue this, you can ignore me if you want.
Breakfast = WW English Muffin with PB for 3 points + 1 point of French Vanilla creamer in my coffee.
I got on the scale this mornign and I lost 2 lbs! This is the first time in months that I have gotten on the scale and it was not the same or more than the previous time.

i had some cinnamon life cereal and an everything bagel with butter. and coffee. i have no idea what that equates to in points or how many points a day i should have.
i'm also happy to announce that i haven't weighed myself in over a month. i use to weigh myself every day. i'm thinner for sure, but have no idea what i lost or didn't lose.

I'm sucking this morning -- Ritz 100 cal pack, can of Mug Root Beer, and currently nomming on strawberry cake w/ cream cheese icing (and real strawberries) that the crying secretary brought in b/c it's Valentine's tomorrow.
I hate nice people; they're making me fat. But the cake is good. I think my points are all gone for today now.
whole wheat bagel with a tablespoon or two of pb.
Plus activity points for a super hard 30 min workout.
and... I lost 5 pounds so far. Now, if I can keep it going it would be great.
