Just curious if there are any clients of Womancare PC out there who attended the Great Expectations Class in their first trimester. By the time the class is offered again, I'll be just starting my 2nd trimester but was wondering if it was worth taking anyhow. Thanks for any feedback you can provide!
I just went last night (I'm 14 weeks) and thought it was OK. Some good techniques for relieving cramping & aches & pains, but a lot of the other information you have probably already read in every pregnancy book or online. I'm still planning on signing up for the Lamaze & breastfeeding classes though.
