i found mady trying to climb OUT of her crib!

so last night i saw her trying to escape her pack n play - but since her pack n play is low i have no danger with that.

however - her crib is not that low. its already on the lowest setting possible and she's still pretty up there. this morning i caught her with one leg almost over the crib rail and when she saw me going into her room she attempted to jump over.

wth??? what do i do about this? is there such a thing as an extra bed rail i can add to her crib? padding on the floor?

Wow - she is a little monkey - that is early! You can buy a crib tent that goes over the top to prevent them from climbing out. I think most places like Target, BRU, Right Start sell them.

Ditto the crib tent. That's worth a try! That is super early for her to want to try to climb out of her crib. Hope you are able to keep her in there!

Maia's had a crib tent since she was about Mady's age. It works perfectly. I found Maia doing the same thing and then she tried to just lean forward over the rail like a gymnast. If I weren't there she would have fallen on her head. I sleep much better knowing she can't escape!

She DOES sound like a little monkey! Where is she trying to go to? Is she trying to sneak a bottle when you're not looking? I know that's exactly what Riley would do if she could get out-lol! I have no recs for that and she seems so young to be trying to break free already. Sounds like the crib tents do the trick though! GL and I hope she stops climbing!
