ww tip

i got from a coirker who did ww...

she figured out what she was going to have for dinner and associated points the night before then was able to subtract from her total and keep her bfast/lunch and snacks to that range

that way she never went over and lost weight quickly

i hated that b!tch

  • That's a pretty good idea though - I did something generally similar last year.  But mostly because I actually menu planned and wanted to know if there was enough wiggle room for an afternoon snack or a treat or whatever.
