Sleeping...

It seems like any way I try to lay or curl up - it's a downright pain! I am not able to sleep on my back because it causes such pains similar to the regulary monthly ones. :/ I've tried the extra pillows but feel as if I can't breathe or move & end up tossing them off the bed.  Anyone else having these problems? Any other techniques to try to get comfy?

Re: Sleeping...

  • I was having the same problem for a couple weeks, but the thing that worked for me was sleeping on my back. A comfy position for me is also laying on my left side curled up in the fetal position.?

  • The pillow thing works for me....  A heating pad?  I know women who use them during AF.

BTW, do you consider October to be winter?  I think of it as fall... just wondering :)

LOL, my best friend had the same question about October...hehe Yes I do - I don't think it's too early because it starts cooling off then

  • I was having the same problem for a while.  I pretty much slept on my stomache and tossed and turned all night.  If I slept on my stomache with my leg out/bent so I was kinda on my side I was a lot more comfortable.
  • I am totally having that same problem. Just not comfy. I have tried setting my bed up so that i have all these pillows around me and under my back to sit me up a bit but nothing i end up tossing and turning all night long.
