strange rib/back pain

Everytime I eat something, starting last night I get this mega full feeling right away and cant eat anymore, but i'll only have taken a few bites.

It hurts in my upper belly and around back of my ribs. I thought it was gas, truthfully, but nothing seems to help it go away. 

Any suggestions?

    I have a lovely gas pocket that settled in my back two days ago.  I hurts to breathe.  Unfortunately it'll pass on it's own time.

    I've had that as well - the kid likes to wedge his butt and/or foot between my stomach and ribs.  Pelvic rocks will get him to move sometimes, but not always.  Sorry, I know how much it sucks.
