DS will ONLY fall asleep in my arms while bouncing him up and down. I can put him down if he is in a deep sleep, but if not...NO WAY. Then when I pick him up, he still cries...until he is bounced back to sleep. So it isn't just that he wants to be held. How is that not a habit??? I love him to death and am flattered that he loves my arms and bouncing skills so much, but he is pushing 14lbs, I am tired and my body aches al over from all of the holding/bouncing. I want a nap. I now find myself having to do things while he is awake an in his bouncer. This is so BACKWARDS!!

Re: I Don't Believe That You Can't Form Bad Habits Before 3 Months
This exactly. It takes a while. Be patient. My daughter would barely let me put her down for the first three months of her life.
