I had a 1 point english muffin with 2 points worth of peanut butter and yes I licked the knife. I also had about 1 point worth of french vanilla creamer in my coffee. A grand total of 4 points. I am going out for lunch with DH and havign dinner at my parents house, so I will probably be out of bonus points by the end of the day.

I'm getting ready to eat an Oatmeal -to-go square for 2 points. I've been under my daily points for two days in a row.
That will all promptly go to hell after dinner here tonight...
And here tomorrow night...
LOL
I was going to say the same thing as Nikki, but yeah, the sides, wine and desserts are killer.
Today's breakfast is a grande non-fat hot chocolate or chai tea latte from Starbucks and a ridiculously sugary and high point muffin from the convenience store (Otis Spunkemeyer - dunno what kind yet), because it's that or it's fast food. The muffin is lower in fat, calories and points.
Lunch will be fish sandwich from Wendy's and then hopefully that craving will be over and done with.

i heard under is bad for you, no?
It's been < 5 points both days. I will more than make up for it and use my bonus points this weekend I'm sure.
But yeah, the goal is to eat your points each day. I think mine might be set a little high though.
I've been good so far -- 3 pts bfast (Ritz 100 cal pack), 1 pt snack (WW mini carrot cake w/ cream cheese icing), and a Sprite Zero (0 pts).
lunch looms though....I brought yogurt & another Ritz pack, so we'll see if I'm really that strong.
It's bad to be consistently under - that means you generally aren't eating enough and you risk your metabolism shutting down to accomodate for starvation mode.
Only 21 points a day? I thought the minimum was 25. That's under 1100 calories a day. . . which puts you at risk for starvation mode. Do you feel like you are getting enough food? Is your energy level ok?
There are a couple of WW spin-offs that bump off the old point range method, in which you eat low some days and high some days to keep your metabolism from adjusting to a certain amount. When I did WW last year, I did that for maybe a week of every month and it seemed to help my overall loss. But WW is more about helping keep food in check for me - I do not lose significant weight without exercise. Period.

My points are at 25/day. The previous two times I have done WW the points were 20 and 23 per day. Weird.
That's why i haven't really been worried at bing 2-3 points short the last couple of days.
