Chubby baby & rolls Q :)

My 4mo old is super chubby, lots of rolls even on her legs, arms, everywhere basically :) I've noticed she has some areas that are getting really red raw, almost like an eczema in her roll areas.  I always make sure to really dry her everywhere after a bath but it doesn't seem to be helping the problems. DD#1 was like this too but I never remember her being really red raw anywhere, just a little eczema behind her knee rolls.  I think it might be a summer vs. winter thing b/c with DD#1 even though she had tons of rolls she was in less clothing and probably air-dryed more whereas DD#2 is usually dressed pretty warm/layered in a onesie and long sleeved/pants etc.

 I swear by triple paste for any sort of diaper rash - anyone try it for other areas? Behind knees,armpits etc?? I'm not sure what other remedy I can try. Thanks in advance :)
