anyone near qtown or north up to allentown...

area, who do you use for OB/GYN??? or do you know anyone who uses someone up there. need to find a new doc and DH and I plant o TTC soon so we want to find an OB. used to go to stoneridge, but insurance changed and they dont except what i have now. thanks

    I rec grandview obgyn practice if you plan on delivering at grandview.  3 women docs and one male.  I loved them all.  Good luck!

    Hi-

     I am about 16 weeks pregnant and I am also in the Quakertown area and using Grandview obgyn in Quakertown.  I am new to this area and started using them about 8 mos before we go PG.  So far experience has been decent.  I heard grandview hospital got 5 stars in healthgrades for their maternity ward so I was happy that they delivered there. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.

    I'm in the Lehigh Valley and use College Heights- you'll deliver at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest and I don't know if you want to go that far north.

    yea i would actually need to find a doc up closer to allentown, after checking with my insurance that is where most are located. i used to go to stoneridge, but my new insurance  is not accepted there. grrr

    Midwives and Associates, Inc.!!! I have been with them for 8 years now. It is a beautiful team of women who take the time to get to know you and your needs and they never make me feel rushed. Even after I moved to Philadelphia, I'm still delivering up there! Worth the trip for me. Their number is 610.435.8130 and they're located 2200 W Hamilton Street Ste 212 in Allentown. Good luck!

    do you use them as your GYN or just OB??  i plan on calling some doctors in teh next week or so just to get info since DH and I are officially trying now.

    I live in Allentown and use Lehigh Valley Medical Specialties.  It on 15th street across from the YMCA.  Small practice but good cause you only rotate between 3 docs.  Let me know if you need anything else.  They only deliver at St. Lukes Allentown.  I am due in 9 weeks so I will let you know how everything goes.
