quad screen test question

Our OB said that our test was "acceptable" but didn't give us a copy of the test, or tell us our odds. Should I be concerned and ask for a copy of the results, or just trust my OB to tell me if we needed further testing?

    I would ask more questions, I don't see why she just couldn't say everything's good.... Not to scare you, but I'd ask again what she means by acceptable?

    I"d trust your OB. Acceptable probably means normal, so you're not at an increased risk of defects.

    I'd ask for a more specific answer... If you ask me.. what is "acceptable" to him may not be "acceptable" to you. At the very least ask what "acceptable"means to him

    I had a nurse call with mine. All she said was it came back normal. I asked if there were any numbers and she said no, just normal.

    I agree with PPs that "acceptable" is a clumsy way of saying "normal." I'd still ask them to clarify though.
