I would love to hear what you packed in your hospital bag. I've been thinking about packing mine. Did you bring your own pjs or robe or anything?
I didn't-- I just wore the hospital gowns because I didn't want to bleed on my stuff. Believe me, you will not care what you're wearing!
As for what I brought, I didn't bring much and if I could do it again I'd actually bring less. Things I brought that were worth it: travel-sized toiletries, granny panties, warm socks, slippers, food, trashy magazines for light reading, Boppy, extra pillows.

I main things I was shown at the L& D tour was the lovely gowns they had already and towels but not much else. Should I just be assuming that they don't supply other things such as underwear, pads. I think I'm packing everything in a suit case just for safety sake.

They gave me the mesh undies, PLENTY of pads (and the frozen ones for the swelling), dermoplast, tucks pads, the skid proof socks, tylenol, colace, epifoam, and I'm sure some other stuff I just can't remember.

My hospital gave me a peri bottle, mesh undies, tons of pads, tucks pads, stool softener, motrin, percocet, a sitz bath, gel pads for my sore boobs, and provided a pump (and pump attachments for me to keep) when my baby had to go to special care. I think every hospital is different. Oh, and for the baby they provided diapers, wipes, onesies, and all the toiletries including diaper rash cream when she needed it. GL!

Re: If you have any L&D questions
my angel babies: 6/10 (chem. pg), 9/10 @ 10 weeks
My own towels. the ones at the hospital sucked!
More food and more nursing bras (I only packed one, and it was gross after I delivered wearing it)!
