Garlic okay for 9 mo?

I can't find anything about garlic (not garlic powder) on wholesomebabyfood.com or in Super Baby Food. How should I prepare it? Roasted and mashed in with her squash or sweet potatoes?

Garlic is fine. G started eating garlic and other spices pretty early. He's never been a fan of bland foods.

Natalie eats a lot of table foods, like if we're having spaghetti she eats that etc. So she's had garlic for a while, she tolerates it fine.

I think garlic is fine. In my solids class I took years ago they say spices are fine for babies that many cultures give their babies spices early.

Aaron loves garlic in his food. I haven't prepared it any differently than I do table foods, so it's always been cooked. I imagine roasting it with potatoes would be awesome.
