Chemical Pregnancy

Friday I went in to Re for what I thought was Cd 3 blood work and us. The nurse called me in the after noon to say I was Pg HCG 31 and prog 3 and linning was 4.4 not good. I was hoping for a miracle but, pretty sure whatthe out come was going to be. Friday afternoon I stopped bleeding as per the nurse I started to take Progestrone 200 Mg once a day. On Monday my numbers went down I didn't even ask what they where. My last progestrone pill was on Monday. My questions is will I start to bleed again or will that be it till AF shows. Just wondering what to expect.

I've never been pregnant before so I don't know what to tell you to expect, but I'm so sorry you have to go through this! How awful! ((HUGS))

hey there, what you had was indeed a chemical pregnancy. You stay pregnant at most 1 week after your AF is supposed to arrive OR it can arrive on time.

I don't know why they put you on progesterone because it can delay ovulation if taken the wrong time of your cycle. If you ovulate THIS CYCLE you will probably ovulate within the next week and 1/2 or so. If for some reason you don't get pregnant on this cycle you will get AF in about 3 1/2 weeks or so from today. Progesterone is known to throw off AF.

I've had TWO cps AND they are very confusing. During AF my hcg was 62 on CD 3

I have never been pregnant before, so I am unable to answer your questions, but I just wanted to say that my heart goes out to you that you are having to deal with this. =(
