NER: I need a RELIABLE babysitter

Ugh! I am frustrated. There are 2 young girls that babysit for us. One of them I was trying to get her to come on a regular basis 4 days a week right after school. Well, I'm lucky if I can get her here 2 days a week. She'll text me the day of stating she can't come. It's frustrating because sometimes I have appointments.

I guess I'm going to have to look for someone more reliable and pay more, huh?

How frustrating! Have you met any moms in your group you feel comfortable with? Every now and then we sit for other families and then they have an IOU for us at a later date. It has worked out so far and no cash out of my pocket, added plus: )?
