why oh why does Lola have to mean sorrows? seriously. we can't name lulabelle a name that means sorrows.

You know, DH and I didn't give our name choices much thought in the meaning department...we cared more about popularity of the names and if the baby would have bad initials. Whoops!

I wouldn't worry about meaning all that much, I'm sure it means different things in a lot of different languages.

My name means "a field of Ash trees". Sweet? If you love the name, go for it! I don't think you're going to have strangers saying "you know that means sorrows right?". I think it's pretty and I definitely don't associate the two.
