I know this has been posted many times...does anyone have a link to the post? If not, would you mind posting what all you feed your LO? I know that IAM4UK and adamsbabble had extensive lists that were great! TIA!
I don't have a link to a post but here are some things we feed Ava:
-Any cut up fruit (strawberries are her favorite, and we also make her a fruit salad out of mandarin oranges, avocado chunks and banana chunks... she also loves grape tomatoes)
-Any steamed veggies (the kid loves broccoli, green beans, peas, zucchini, sweet potato fries... tip for sweet potato fries, they are easy to make with the already diced sweet potatoes that Kroger has, its the Private Selection brand)
-Morningstar Farms Broccoli & Cheese Nuggets
-Chicken Tenders
-Veggie Pizzas (made on a whole wheat English muffin with LaRosa's Mushroom Medley Sauce, Broccoli, Spinach and Carrots usually... whatever I have in the fridge to make salads with)
-Gerber Graduates Pasta Pickups (they make two organic varieties... she loves the chicken one, detests whatever the other one is)
-Turkey Burgers/Meatloaf (I have a recipe for a turkey applesauce meatloaf that goes over well... page me if you want it, she also loves regular meatloaf with ketchup but still has to be turkey)
-Not really a finger food but before she was using her spoon & fork, she would eat Annie's Mac & Cheese (I put mixed veggies in it) with her fingers... it's messy obviously but it works
-For snacks she has liked any of the Earth's Best snack crackers/grahams, string cheese and yogurts... also the Gerber dried fruit snacks or dried yogurts are usually in the diaper bag for an easily portable snack
-For breakfast we do Cereal Bars, Multigrain Waffles w/ fruit puree spread over them, Whole Wheat Bagels w/ a little cream cheese (all her bread/pasta has to be whole wheat... she is like me, hates white bread)

Oh, can't believe I forgot one of our go to foods - hummus on pita chips or crackers. She is a weird child, lol. Also, quiche. Also, check out wholesometoddlerfood.com. A lot of those recipes can easily be finger foods.
