  • I haven't counted yet.  But so far a whole wheat bagel, 1 tablespoon of pb and a few tsps of coffemate french vanilla in my coffee.

    But I worked out this morning so I should be doing pretty well.

    ok... so far today (i'll always be starting with midnight since i literally eat around the clock):

    one or two pbj sandwiches - can't remember what time the first one was, may have been just b/f midnight 5-10

    oatmeal - ???

    granola bar - 2 pts

    so far... there's a tuna sandwich with my name on it downstairs and i KNOW that won't be enough to get me to dinner

  • Monday.  I officially start again Monday.  This week is a lost cause and we won't go grocery shopping until Sunday.  I'll try to cut back on my 4 cheeseburgers a day though.

  • I decided on my dinner. Fat free Hot Dogs. They are 1 point each and the ball park ones are not bad.  I will also need to buy light buns that are 1 point each.

  • That's the other reason - my boss is buying us lunch (chili dogs) for Valentine's Day.  There is cake tomorrow for 2 birthdays.  And DH is wanting to go out for V-Day.

    Lost cause.

  • Just start fresh on Monday!

    We had been planing on crab legs for vday and they are pretty low in fat and calories I think 1 lb is like 5 points and I can eat 1.5 lbs at least, but thats still not bad. I will be good until dinner saturday and eat crab legs until I burst.

  • We did that last year.  And I did a no-fat chocolate mousse.  We are avoiding candy this year (although I can tell you that a Cadbury egg is about 2 pts and a Hershey's marshmallow egg is 1.5 . . .), so that's a plus.  But between the booze on the bowling date and the trip to Benihana's . . . Monday is the day to get serious.

    And I will.  I'm going to do my best to lose 20 pounds (and be back under 300 lbs) before I get pregnant again.  Although I don't expect the next ttc cycle to be effective, so it would be great to lose 30+ pounds before the next attempt at pregnancy.  I just refuse to delay trying because I'm fat.
