Superyard XT

If you have this, please tell me pros/cons in your opinion. I would like to use it to set up around DD's play area in the living room.

  • I love it.  We have it set up in the living room as well.  We got the two panel extender and it gives him so much space to roam around that is completely baby-proofed.  We have a small home with a small living space so it was impossible to baby proof completely (we have full length windows that are single pane and very old, etc.).  He pulls up on the panels all the time and they seem very steady.  It also has helped corral all his toys in the same area.

  • I love ours.  It is one of the best kid-related purchases we've made thus far.  It not only keeps her away from all breakable things, but it keeps her away from the dog food dish, the trash can, the plants, the stairs...she has free rein of her own little space, it keeps her toys in one place and it has helped her to learn to pull up.  The sides are sturdy, and this thing will last forever.  My SIL has had hers for almost 8 years and they still use it to keep the dog out of kitchen when they're eating.  I literally can't say enough good things about it.  We have such a small house and I love that I don't have to put everything away.

  • I love ours for pretty much the same reasons as PP. The only con I can come up with is, I wish it folded up. You pretty much have to take it apart to close it up if company is coming and you need the space. Overall...totally worth it!
  • we have it and I'm so glad we got it!  Sometimes we have it in the circle, and other times, we use it to block off her entering a specific part of the house.
  • I love ours with the excpetion of that I find it very difficult to open any of the panels and you have to do that to fold it up. Other than that I love it and DS is happy in it unless he really needs something. I just got mine about a week ago and it's so nice to feel like I can actually get some things done again.
