We use Southlake Pediatrics and love them! We got to the Plymouth Office but they have offices in Plymouth, Maple Grove, Minnetonka and St Louis park (maybe one more?) They're got all their info on their website but I've been really happy with them.
We use Partners in Peds and love them. One of the things I really like about them is that they take walk ins and are open to take walk ins on the weekend. No need for urgent care plus they have your dc's history on file.
I used to work at Eagan Valley Pediatrics and loved the providers so much that now I take my daughter there. Dr Dufort has been named one of the top pediatricians in the metro every year for a ton of years by multiple?sources, he has won the Children's Physician Network Physician of the year, and his staff is wonderful! All of the NP's he has working for him are fabulous! I currently work for another pediatrician and as I said, I take my daughter to EVP. Check 'em out! You will just love them!
Park Nicollete in St Louis Park. I love all the peds except one (Dr Muller). The rest are great. I see Dr Andrea Singh but also see Dr Radke adn Dr Walters if Dr Singh is not available. It makes me feel good that my OB also sees peds in that practice and I've talked to a few other people who go there and love it.
We've been using South Lake Pediatrics for our son since he was born two years ago. He had multiple health problems when he was a newborn. Our pediatrician (Dr. Freehill at the Minnetonka office) always listened to our concerns and never made us feel like overreacting new parents. She referred us to specialists when his health issues were out of her area of expertise. We also really like Dr. Paulson (Maple Groove office).
They also have a walk in clinic, after hours clinic, and Saturday clinic which we've used a couple times. You usually don't see your regular pediatrician, but I haven't had one I didn't like yet.
One of the best things is that you can schedule appts on-line.
I'd suggest that you do a "prenatal appt" - you can interview the pediatrician before the baby is born. There are seven locations, so there are plenty of choices if you live in the west metro.
