haha I was just about to post this! Now I'm all paranoid that DS will be in physical therapy for a year... plus he sucks his thumb... yep, we're going to therapy
After trying almost every sort of sippy cup out there, my DD finally settled on the Nuby straw one with handles. I like them too because they are the only sippies we've tried that haven't leaked.
DD has the Playtex straw sippy (says it's recommended for 2+ years) and that is the ONLY cup we could get her to drink from. We have had no problems with them leaking.
we are currently using this because he has a hard time holding the nuby ones....it's a little too big for him....the bear cup is perfect for his little hands but it leaks....so when we go out, I transport in bottles and transfer into this bear cup
We have a bunch of Munchkins that are Joseph's favorites. We also have a Gerber that's okay, but doesn't hold as much. It's easier to clean though. We also have one of the ones with his name on it from TRU. It sucks and scratches his cheeks.
We use the Munckin straw sippy's and there regular sippys in my house. I also have a few of the fogo ones that are more thermose like. My 2 1/2 year old loves them and they don't leak. I keep saying I need to give one to my 11 month old but have yet to let her try. She has the regular sippy mastered and is working on drinking out of a regular cup with a help and is getting better and better.

My dd just got one of these as a birthday gift and yes, it is BPA free. ;-)
