  I had this same problem last week.  I spent most of the weekend chugging water and keeping my feet elevated.  It is amazing the difference it made.  Last week my DD loved that she could push in on my left foot and leave little dents, not to mention my ankle and leg. 

  Try putting your feet up as much as possible and drinking lots of water.

  I've been having issues with the same thing lately. My bp is kind of bouncing around and keeps getting high, which causes my swelling. I would mention it to your OB but if you get any of the major warning signs for high bp definitely call right away.

  I've been having this issue as well and don't know why one side is worse than the other but it is also the left.  I had noticed it horribly on a Sunday and the on call doc had me go to the ER to make sure there wasn't a blood clot going on.  There wasn't but it was better to know than to worry until my next appointment.

   

  Now i'm out of work and just trying to lay low so this problem doesn't come back. It's not comfy having jello jigglers as feet lol.

  i had this problem, they said my BP was high but i didnt have preeclampsia, but they did put me on partial bedrest for the rest of my pregnancy i would suggest putting your feet up like in a recliner
