  We got the duo when #2 came along. ?It is great for 2 kids and has plenty of pockets to keep everyone's stuff separate. ?We like it (we're pretty much diaper bag-free now, but still use it for long trips, airport, etc).

  I have the Skip Hop Duo and I love it.  It's the perfect size for me, not too big, not too small.  I love that it hooks onto the stroller easily and that it has lots of pockets.  When it's full it can be difficult to gt things all the way at the bottom though.

  I use it for two kids (27 months and 2 months), but I switch between that and the Fleurville Mothership.  I think once I have to start carrying food and sippies for DD I'll use the Fleurville more because it's bigger and easier to find things in.

  I have the Duo Double.  I know it's going to work for 3 in diapers.  It's huge, but perfect for carrying around changes of clothes for everyone (even me), plus necessities like sippy cups and snacks.

  I have the Dash Deluxe and have liked it for an everyday bag for one, but am thinking it will get a bit cozy for two (we'll see).

  Things I like about it:  Super easy to attach to the stroller, comfortable shoulder pad, lots and lots of pockets and a contrasting color inside so it's easy to find things and to keep things organized. I like the large flap that comes over the top of the bag (and attaches with a strong magnet) - prevents things from dumping out and keeps DC out of it as they get older   Nice zippered compartment at the front for your wallet, keys, etc.
  

  Skip*Hop has AWESOME customer service and stands behind their bags - I had a clip break on my first bag after 18 months and since they couldn't fix it, they gave me a brand new bag at no cost to me (and paid for shipping both ways for me to return the old bag to them).

  Downsides:  can get a little cramped if you're trying to carry a full-day's supply of food, diapers, clothing, etc.

  Skip Hop Dash  for 1 child.

  Love it.  

  Pros-not too big, easy to find things, cute that I'm still not sick of it after almost 2 years of carrying it.

  Cons-Can't think of any.   It's not huge, so if you carry around alot of stuff you may want a bigger bag, but not me.  

   I did just buy my girlfriend a JJCole diaper bag and I think it's adorable and really cool.
