Beaumont classes?

I have a sheet from my OB that lists a couple of exercise classes - prenatal yoga, aqua aerobics, etc. and I was thinking of calling about signing up for them.

Did anyone take any exercise classes thru Beaumont?  Would you recommend it or how was your experience.

    I received that sheet also but haven't signed up for any of them.  I actually found a pre-natal yoga class at Namaste Yoga in Royal Oak.  I took my first class last weekend (it's only offered on Saturdays) and loved it.  I don't remember how much the pre-natal yoga was through Beaumont, but classes at Namaste are only $15 and your first one is free.

    I received that sheet as well, but am extremely annoyed because all the classes are over in Beverly HIlls . . . I'm all the way in the NE corner of Macomb County, and would have been willing to drive to the troy or royal oak areas, but BH is just too far.
