    DH and I are both super sick.. so we're sticking to good old grilled cheese and tomato soup :)
    I have ice cream for dessert :)

    I was going to make pineapple chicken, but it takes 1/2 hour to prep and then 45 minutes to cook, so now I am thinking we might be doing take out. lol

    my sil is coming for dinner and i am making chili.  she is bringing cookies but i can't eat them.  :(  all of the ice cream posts are making me very jealous.

    I made gravy (pasta sauce) and meatballs. I will also make some garlic bread and a nice salad. I cannot wait - its my favorite meal.

    My DH is making homemade pizza. I am so excited I can't wait. He just finished cooking the pancetta he is going to use as a topping and I had to go sneak a piece. Sooooooo good. I love Dh's pizza and pancetta!

     He's on a  cooking kick today. He also decided he's going to make his own stock from a leftover chicken, except I just walked into the kitchen and he was drinking white wine straight from the bottle. I can't stop laughing, is there even white wine in stock....whatever if he wants to cook, I'll take it!

    oh mexican food! i've been ill lately, so it's just fruit in the evenings until i get a handle on the tummy trouble!

    I am not sure. We have small group tonight and our friends always make the main dish. It's usually good though!

    Oh, so jealous - I love mexican food.  We're having baked mahi mahi in a ginger soy sauce, wild rice pilaf and peas.

    Pizza with a big salad and ranch!!!!  With lots of veggies......Yum!!  I have to balance it out a little!!! 

    I was thinkin enchiladas but I had them last night, and I pretty much eat mexican food EVERY day because its so GOOD!!!!
