We're not doing anything, we have a 18 month old so it's hard to go out. We're going for our big u/s on the 16th though so we'll probably go for lunch after to celebrate and that'll be our valentines treat.
We aren't doing anything. We never have, and since dh got laid off on friday we are going to continue our tradition of nothing.
Oh man, that is horrible about your DH. My DH is worried everyday that he could get laid off. He keeps saying "Then we can both be home together with the baby all summer!" Oh boy.
We usually go all out, but this year we are saving all of our extra-curricular cash for the baby moon. We will probably make a fancy dinner at home, get a movie, and I will be out before 9 pm. If my cold is better maybe we'll have sex.
nothing...first, i'm on bedrest and will still be on bedrest on Vday. second, we're saving money for baby and the nursery. we've never celebrated Vday all that much anyway so its not a huge change. i'm hoping i can get a friend to go pick out a card so that i can at least give dh a card!

If you can't you can always make him one on the computer!!!
DH is actually off work that day so I'm making him take me somewhere. Who knows, between work and the baby, it may be the last opportunity for a while.
My DH and I planned to have dinner at our favorite seafood restaurant. I made the reservation for 5:00 pm because I wanted to surprise him with a pair of MN Wild hockey tickets. The game starts at 7:00 pm. The other day DH texted me and asked what time dinner was because he had a surprise for afterwards. Needless to say, we both had something planned so we had to tell each other our surprises. He had booked us the same hotel room where we spent our wedding night so we could have some special alone time. We changed the reservation and now we are going to stay at the hotel on Friday and go to dinner and the hockey game on Saturday.

I'm thinking dinner and a movie.
Ditto.... I asked and SO said the same thing
Probably spur of the moment dinner plans that he has had "planned for weeks"
