I'm obviously not yet at the stage of testing out strollers, but looking at both online, I'd prefer the first one. It just seems like it would be easier to manage (lighter weight and more maneuverable). Plus it doesn't hurt that it's got a cute design/ color scheme going.
The MacLaren doesn't look so mom-friendly (with the exception of the 5-second fold down). And it doesn't look like it would be quite as comfy for the babes, either.

We tried out strollers today and while we loved the Combi styling and size (and it is very lightweight), it was very hard to steer. And we were only trying out singleton strollers. I would imagine with a twin stroller it would be even harder. If you like the handling of both and you don't have any trouble with the steerage then I'd say the Combi -- it's very cute and we liked everything else about it.

I'm not sure about anything but looks but I like the first one better as far as that goes. I guess you will have to go to the store though and try and steer them and see how they feel. congrats!
I agree the combi is cuter but the maclaren is a much better stroller over all. It's easier to steer and easier to close, both are huge pluses when you're trying to wrangle two babies. Go test them out and see which is easier to use, not which has the pretty fabric. And dont forget to see if they will fit in your trunk when they are folded.
Re: Stroller: Which do you like better?
The Combi, definitely.
