so...just scheduled..

in 2nd Trimester
my BIG u/s for monday! SOOO excited! i got a part time job at hallmark today (worked there when i was a teen) just for something to keep me busy and put away for the wedding.. so today is a good day:) i cannot wait for monday.. its at 7pm tho, lol.. so ill be anxious all day and pumped full of caffeine haha! i want the lil man, or girlie to SHOW their "stuff"!! the lady said that i dont need to drink a ton of water so thats good. any one have any other advice on how to get a good pic? thanks !! happy friday

    some will likely recommend eating/drinking something sugary before so he or she moves around a lot but i'd actually recommend the opposite.  my baby is like a jumping bean with a little sugar or caffeine and doesn't sit still for long.  its better if they are just moving around a little, like natural.  but thats just my 2 cents... :)

    what ur saying makes sense! i havent felt the baby yet, but we have a doppler we listen to the heart beat daily.. and at certain times, we can tell when the lil bugger is movin all around. hehe... so im hoping its enuf but not too much, so we can catch a peek! thank you

    Honestly, mine was at 8:30 in the morning and it was perfect.  All I had was a waffle and a small glass of juice. We didn't find out the gender so maybe it's different.  Good luck!!!

    Honestly, I didn't eat or drink anything that was sugary/caffeinated and my lil man was "ROCkIN N' ROLLIN" as from the mouth of the Sonographer. He started out with his head on my left side, then did a somersault and ended with his had on my right side. And its was the funniest thing to see, because everytime I felt him kick or move inside of me, I could also see him move on the screen! I was laughing so hard, and the lady yelled at me; because it was already hard enough to get pictures of the important stuff as it is with him moving so much! HAHAH!
