  Sam eats 2oz every 2 hours.

  THe first month it really varied, in the first two weeks he would only eat 1 or 2 oz at a time and then the 3rd and 4th weeks he worked up to 2-4 oz at a time. But my DS is a big eater. I think he fed every 2.5-3 hours. At 5 weeks was when he started dropping overnight feedings.

  
  DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
  DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption

  The first week, DD ate 2oz. every 3 hours.  The second week she was up to about 2 1/2, and occasionally we'd try 3oz.  The third week she was up to 3oz. and for the past 3 days, she's up to 4oz.  She now eats every 3-4 hours.  I have an "approximate feeding schedule" from the Dr. and Similac, and she's right on target when the expected amounts.
