S/O: What are you summer plans?

It is SO cold here, I can't wait for the nice weather.

This summer, we are going down the shore for two weeks, Lake George in the Adirondacks (KrisBri country!) for a week or long weekend.

We also plan to go to this Wild West theme park around here, and I need to find a farm for my cowboy/farmer daughter (WTH did she come from?!)

Then of course, the local zoo, Central Park zoo, CAN'T WAIT!

Two family vacations - Vegas in May and Disney in November (ok, that's not summer).

I think we might also "move" to the beach house this summer (up for debate) because they have a beach club there during the summer for the kids and we both really want Joey to join. But neither of us are willing to send him to the house for the summer without us there so I think we are going to figure out a way to commute from there all summer.

Can't wait for beach time!!!

We are doing two beach trips this year - one on our own and then our big family trip with both families. Also some camping trips since DS loves camping now. Maybe a long weekend at Hershey.

I also can't wait for the Farmer's Market to open up for the season - we go every Saturday. And of course the pool!

Spending time at my dad's lake house in Northern Wisconsin, a weekend trip to Wisconsin Dells for some waterpark fun, the zoo, a couple of weddings, a neighborhood block party and LOTS of Brewers games.

Have baby (March), lose weight!, enjoy the new pool we're building in our backyard, possibly a beach trip....although the thought of taking two little ones to the beach scares me!

We are going to probably visit the in-laws in Canada late spring/early summer and go to the Toronto Zoo.

We will also probably do a long weekend in Lake George. No big plans this year, but we are planning to go to Disney in early fall 2010.

G loves the Central Park zoo.

we are going to take an extra long weekend trip to Chicago. take G to the beach a few times and maybe go away for a week. I can't wait for spring!

lots of water/splash ?parks, long weekends at the cottage, visit my family who are 9 hours away, get more use out of the swing set we bought for dd last year, zoo, farmer's market, picnics, popsicles ... ?Oh I cannot wait... ?Oh yeah, and I have to find a new job since I am laid off as of mid-May:(

We have a few small trips planned...the 3 of us are going to rent a beach house (potentially Cape Cod again) for a week - DH will commute back for work while DS and I stay there full time. In early July we will be heading to Chicago to visit our nephew who is due to be born late June. Also in June DH and I are going to take a week's trip to Yellowstone and Montana while DS stays with my MIL.

We're likely going to go to Sun River again with my family, for probably a week in August. Other than that, hopefully DH & I will get to do a little getaway, but that will be dependent on my parents schedule/ability to watch the kids. I'd love to go to Vancouver for a long weekend, or maybe go to the San Juan Islands. . .

I only have 2 full weekends off out of every 8 (plus a couple of "half weekends", so we are pretty much staying around here. No money for an actual vacation. My weekends off we split between staying home and going to the Zoo/spending family time together, or going to my parents house (about 1.5 hours away) or going to my IL's summer cabin (about 2.5 hours away).

I'm having a baby in mid-July, so not too much planned! There's a chance we may move, haven't decided for sure yet. Otherwise lots of time in Central Park and at the CP Zoo since it's not a bad walk from my apartment. Some time down at our parents (near the Jersey shore) and possibly take the kids to the beach while we're there.

Aw summer. Good post!!!

We are going to LA for Memorial Day weekend, spend a couple weeks in Destin in September or late August, possibly another LA & Destin trip somewhere thrown in, farmers markets, lots of pool time, a wedding in Chicago in August. I'm hoping to be pregnant by then. Crossing fingers.

In June just DH and I are going to do something for our anniversary. Hopefully we will be going on a cruise, but we will at least be going to the beach for a long weekend. July is my 27th b-day (obviously not all month. hehehe) so I'll throw myself a party or have a gtg or something. August is DH b-day and G's 1st birthday. Then in Sept we will have N's 3rd b-day and later that month is vaca with the inlaws. We also have a lot of family and friends that have b-days during the Summer and I'm sure we will do something for the 4th of July. Summer is always sooo busy and fun for us. Yay I can't wait!
