I didn't wear make-up to work today

I think for the first time EVER - i didn't wear make-up to work today and someone commented that i look tired today.  Well i actually am tired today, i slept like 2 hours last night - i had to pee 7 times and i wasn't comfortable at all!  Plus my eyes have been watering all morning so its pointless to put in on.

Why do people have to tell you that you look tired - its just the polite way of saying you look like ***

    I swear people don't think before they talk. Last week when I told my boss I had to begin maternity leave early her response was "Well, you have looked far from your beat this week. You look really bad." Thanks, b**ch.
