can't tell if these are constipation cramps or bh

it's low in my pelvic area, but my belly isn't hard.  it does hurt a bit, it's uncomfortable, but doesn't really seem to subside if i go to the bathroom & um, deflate any.

    I can't tell which pains are what either. Then I read and my DH tells me I'm making sh!t up :)   I felt like this the other day and I just drank some water and rested. Hopefully I'll know when I'm in labor (and DH believes me!) so I don't end up on the news with an unplanned home birth Smile

    yah sometimes i think dh thinks i make stuff up too. 

    and yah i've also noticed that sometimes my belly is hard, and sometimes its soft & squishy.  maybe those are bh & this pain right now if just me having to poop.  i don't know but this doesn't feel good.  ggrrr!!!!!!

    When in doubt take Colace!  I find it's best to be proactive on that front.  When I get (what I think are) BH, I notice that my bump gets hard and tight for a few moments and then relaxes.  Could your discomfort be general growing pains and stretching?

    MrsRoehl - could be, I dunno.  It's below my belly though, so the more I think about it the less I think they are bh.  I think when I feel my belly tight, like I did in the shower this morning, that those are bh.

    Regardless if it's poo-poo cramps or bh, work is NOT helping today.  Just wanna go home right now. ugh.

    When I had constipation cramps they were on the top of my stomach.  And I agree with the colace, I've been on it since I'm on bed rest and it has helped immensely!
