Hey, since you're probably pretty good in the kitchen , that recipe says heat to broil, but doesn't say what temp...our oven comes up at 500...is that what it means?
Ya 500 will be fine.. or if you dont want to stir it on the stove forever till all the cheese melts you could let a little stay firm then put your oven at a slightly lower temp and the cheese will all come together and the breadcrumbs will brown!! Yay for the sage brown butter..the smell is going to kill you till dinner is ready
