Nap/Night Sleep ?'s

How many naps/day does your DC take? For how long?

Do you wait for "sleep signals" or put DC down at prescheduled times?

How long do they sleep at night?

I'm reading Ferber and it has me thinking...

Momma to three boys: Henry - 4yo Alex - 18mo Jack - born 2/23/12 at 20w due to ruptured uterus (previa and accreta resulting in hysterectomy) He only lived here on Earth for an hour, but he will live in our hearts forever. m/c #1: sept '09, m/c #2: july '10

    Up at 7-730

    Nap at 930 (usually 1.5hr to 2hrs)

    Up approx 1130

    Nap again around 2-230pm for approx an 1- 1.5hrs.

    Up until bedtime at 7pm

    Wakes up through the night maybe once or twice

For how long? 3 naps 30-1hrDo you wait for "sleep signals" or put DC down at prescheduled times? both, sleep signals 1st but if i don't see any by a certain time i try to get her downHow long do they sleep at night? varies i would say total sleep 10-11 hoursI'm reading Ferber and it has me thinking...

    Up at 7.

    Nap at 930- sleeps until 11.

    Nap at 230 sleeps until 315ish

    Bed at 7. STTN

    Those times have been working well for us so far. When her schedule changes- i change along with it.

    Currently:

    Up around 6

    Nap # 1 8:30 or 8:45- 10 ish

    Nap # 2 1:30-3:30

    Bed at 7

    I do 2 1/2 hr in the morn wake time and 3 hr wake time between 1st and 2nd nap

    This is new...we used to do 3 naps (2 hr wake time in morn and 2 1/2 hr wake time between other 2)
