    We have the pet series and I love, love, love it!

    Our house is for sale, and I love that I can turn it on when I leave for work. Only bad thing is you have to make sure everything is picked up off the floor and you have to clean the brushes a lot. Other than that, it's awesome.

    Not sure which model I have, I didn't buy it, it was a gift and I'm at work so I can't check. 

    So far there's nothning I don't like about it.  But like pp said, you do have to make sure everything is off the floor.
