  MTHFR is a gene mutation that can cause problems TTC - you can google it   (i always think it stands for mother F___er when i see it though LOL)

  well the "WTF appts" are basically appointments to discuss "what the f__ happened?!" to figure out what the next step is since the last cycle ended in a BFN
