I will preface by saying I have had 2 phone interviews with this company. Well, 3 if you count my first one with the recruiter.
I have met (via phone, this job is in another state) with the HR Director, Director of Operations, and the VP.
I have been invited to meet with them for a in-person interview at their location, at their expense. I will be meeting with all of the same people again, and now including the CEO.
This is a really good sign right???? :-)
Any tips?
How often do companies fly people out for an in person interview if they aren't really interested? Again, I may be reaching, but I am very excited, even though I am trying not to be!
Re: RP from 9-5: I am reaching here, but re: 3rd interview...
I think they are interested
Congrats, and good luck!

I'd say they are very interested. When I was moving back to AZ, I had an in-person interview set up immediately following the test they give to all applicants because I had to fly in. Of course, they didn't cover my expenses, but they were interested enough to accomodate me. If they are paying your expenses, I would say things look very much in your favor. I would try to arrange the travel plans so you will have plenty of time to rest and relax before your interview. GOOD LUCK!
I agree with Angela. I think they want to offer you the job, and it is yours unless you totally blow it.
Congrats and good luck!
See, now THAT is the awesome response I was looking for, LOL! Thanks!
Sounds promising. MH had a simliar situation. Recruiter interview, then formal phone interview, then met off site with a couple of people for an informal interview, and then they had him do a very formal interview at their plant and flew him, and me out to look at houses, set us up with a realtor.
Funny thing was, mh said it was the hardest interview he has ever had and was sweating bullets the entire time. He was offered the job but we ended up turning it down. Sarasota....man we were stupid. GL! Hope your interview is easier than mh.
