my dr just told me today...lay on your side, drink some water or juice, and pay attention for movement. 10 an hour or call the dr. he said when your busy you just don't notice it as much.
i had these worries a lot! try to eat something, maybe press on the belly a bit, and see how much movement you get. if you don't get any movement in maybe 35 minutes i would definately call. i'm sure your baby is okay.

Slam a glass of OJ and then lie down on your left side. See if you can get 10 kicks in an hour. If not, call your OB. I'm sure everything is fine!! You probably just haven't noticed because you've been moving around!
OJ and lying on my side works for me usually. There is less room to move at this stage and the movements slow down. My Dr hasnt said anything about a particular # per hour but just that you feel some sort of movement. Flipping, stretching, kicking hiccups, etc. I am sure everything is fine but if you are worried call your particular OB to be safe.
She is right but the first the the Dr. will ask you is if you have done a kick count. So I would do this and then call your Dr.
Drink something cold and a bit sugary like OJ or cranberry juice (really any fruit juice should do). Lay on your left side and count movements in an hour (any movement at all) you should get 10 in an hour.
You can also try things like poking around your belly or shining a flash light on your belly.
