Not to sound funny, but I really am "Lost". I keep watching because I know the last season is next year and we should have all the answers by then, but I end up with a headache everytime I watch an episode.
I LOVE the show even though I don't always understand it. Last week's episode was probably my favorite so far this season. I think Penny is incredible for standing by her man. I am looking forward to tomorrow night's episode because I think it's going to be really intense too. I plan to go back and watch the entire series all over again after it ends so that maybe I can understand all those little pieces that I can't grasp right now.

You are not alone, my friend. I am completely baffled by what is going on. I seriously have no idea how all of it will make sense in the end
TTC #1 w/ endo since Sept 2005. After many losses, a lap, tons of meds and tons of testing and, one failed IVF cycle, we were blown away with a surprise, sticky BFP...it's a girl!!!

I plan to watch it from the beginning when it ends next year as well. There are so many things that I know that I am missing, that I want to be able to catch. Until it ends I do not think that completely understanding the show will be possible. But man do I love it!
My husband and I watched all of season 1 and 2 and parts of 3 before this season (and we watched last season) so I'm pretty clear on most things. My DH is completely 'lost' too though...

I more or less get it most of the time (although I'm not as good at picking up on small details, like someone mentioned that maybe the bomb is buried under some two toed statue & I have no idea what statue they were even talking about), but my parents also watch it & they totally don't get it- last week, I said to my mom, so did you watch Lost? And she said, yes, and I said, how about all that time travel, that was crazy & hard to keep track of...and she said...."Time travel? I don't remember that..." AH!!
The worst is if someone tries to ask you what happened though- it is impossible to explain.
Yeah, I'm watching last weeks episode on abc.com at work, and seriously!!! It's driving me nuts! Young versions of people and time travel...I'm getting a massive headache! Hmmm.... maybe I should work after all?!
I get most of it.... I mean, the big picture stuff is pretty confusing, but my guess is that we're not "supposed" to know that stuff yet. So I don't beat myself up about it. tee hee. But what I enjoy is the little stuff, the ties they make to previous seasons, etc. Lostpedia is the only way I keep things straight... and I always go straight there the morning after a new episode to read up on what I missed or what connections I didn't make.
Brought to you by IVF, ICSI, limited fert, and oocyte cryopreservation. Because we're fancy like that.
