  I think you will be ok! The baby is still tucked behind your pubic bone.

  I think I would only call the doc if it was accompanied by cramping or spotting.

  maybe a little crazy but it is normal to worry.  as pp said the uterus is well protected behind pelvic bone so you should be totally fine.  also agree if you have cramping or bleeding call the dr just to be safe.

  Thanks ladies.  It didn't really hurt and I'm not having and cramping or spotting so I guess the baby is fine.  I need to be more careful though!!

  just take it easy silly! Baby will be fine. you didn't land on your front and smoosh your boobs which would probably have created more pain than what you're dealing with now.
