About how many pounds do you have to lose before going down a size in jeans? (I'm not keeping track of measurements). Thanks!

not an expert, but doen's it depend on WHERE you lost the weight? like waist versus thigh? versus bust?

I am curious about the responses myself.

I am not sure about losing weight...but I do know that when I gained 10 lbs. I went up a size:) Not sure if its the same in reverse - but I would assume so.

It does depend some on where you are losing and how, but 10-15 lbs is about right, imo.

Roughly 1 size every 10 lbs as the pp suggested but it will depend on where you lose the weight from. When I lost 30 lbs I went down 4 sizes but when I gained the weight back I only went up 3 so it can vary.
