  • Potatoes Stroganoff

    1/2lb ground beef cooked, we used a whole pound and it worked too

    garlic powder

    package of au gratin potatoes

    2 cups of hot water

    2/3 cup of milk

    can of mushrooms

    1/3 cup of sour cream

    mix, heat to boiling, reduce heat.  cook for 30 minutes.  stir in mushrooms and sour cream after it is all cooked.

  • Meatloaf

    I use a McCormick's meatloaf packet.  You need two eggs, a little milk, bread crumbs, and some tomato sauce.  Mix meat, eggs, milk and bread crumbs.  Top with sauce and bake...very easy!  I always serve it with mashed potatoes and a veggie.

  • Whenever we want to make something quick w/ground beef, we make taco casserole.  In a casserole dish, mix a can of cheese soup (preferably the spicy nacho variety), a can of tomato soup, 6 tortillas cut into 1 inch squares, and cooked ground beef.  I usually top it with some shredded cheddar cheese.  It cooks at 400 for about 30 min.  It's really good & easy!  The tortillas taste doughy...so good.

    I always season my meat and add black olives, sliced mushrooms, and stewed tomatos and top with parmasian sprinkle and shredded mozzerella then I make garlic cheese bread to go with it.
